SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Branch & Ember Creations! Each item is carefully prepared and packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.

PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 3–5 business days. Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or the time a package spends in transit.

Because many of our products are handmade, hand-painted, or made to order, some items may require additional processing time. Any extended processing time will be noted in the product description or communicated to the customer.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Shipping rates may vary based on the order’s size, weight, and destination.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and begin after the order has been processed. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances are outside the control of Branch & Ember Creations.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or that the package can be redirected.

LOST, DELAYED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking shows that your package is delayed or missing, please contact us so we can help you review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps. Branch & Ember Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and assist you.
